⁴ Then Yahweh said to him, “This is the land which ^(A)I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your seed’; I have let you see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.” ⁵ So Moses ^(B)the servant of Yahweh ^(C)died there in the land of Moab, according to the ^[a]command of Yahweh. ⁶ And He buried him in the valley in the land of Moab, ^(D)opposite Beth-peor; but ^(E)no man knows his burial place to this day.
